BS patent here. That's only a few (one?) fool company that have settled. Nothing of substance taught. That's why all companies have laughed this one off. Challenge is a big mistake. It will be buried once and for all. As it should be. Bad science should not be rewarded, and it won't be. The patent system will work as it should to protect legitimate invention and void fraudulent challenges.

u bakasit takes 2~3 years before patent examiners even read your applications, and it could take another year or two after examination starts before anything gets issued.and she's not suing simply due to a blue led, it's a lot more complex than that. not to mention for something complex, it's really not that easy to figure out nor is it obvious when people are infringing on your patent.
