From what we can skim, Nike+ users will get all of the nifty performance graphs right on the phone (before this stuff was available on the web only). But the biggest improvement may be Goggle Maps support

I do, for emergencies. Plus, the only iPod I have is HDD based and will skip if I run with it.It's really not that cumbersome to jog with, I don't really notice it.

No, just the trainer sensor. The iPhone already has bluetooth built in and doesnt need a bluetooth add-on dongly thingamajiggatron.
