The problem with those articles was that almost every single one had been approved by Congress, meaning he couldn't actually use it to impeach Bush. When it turned out they were going to have an actual discussion on impeachment, he suddenly dropped all but one of them. Turns out that when you are trying a court case you have to deal in facts and not propaganda.Maybe he should have introduced 34 articles of impeachment for Congress, and 1 for Bush.
