no it isn't. Kucinich is not being denied any right what so ever to be on a ballot. He is only being denied to be put on there as a Democrat. Can't force parties who they can run. That's totalitarianism.

You know I'm starting to worry about the U.S. There are a whole lot of apparent lunatics there. First anyone who wants further investigation of 9/11 is a lunatic, then everyone who supports Ron Paul is a lunatic, and now everyone who supports Kucinich.Meanwhile the PRESIDENT can't formulate a real sentence and is constantly ranting conspiracy theories about WMD's and Iran's supposed nuclear program and being completely paranoid by putting the whole country under surveillance. What the hell is going on over there?
