Kristol and the other neo-cons are mislead by their delusional world view and philosophy. They're true believers that have drunken the kool-aid and are going down with the political ship. If bush tries to go to war without a congressional declaration of war, the dems should stop being so spineless and impeach him while we still have a constitution.
