That's not saying much since all the other movies were extra heavy with cheese. They stank to high heaven. It's like saying the piece of rotting meat smells better than that huge steaming pile of s**t.

Well there's my point, most have no soul and are just stupid excuses for action sequences. This one tried to be more than that, and although it wasn't always successful, its a shame that it gets ragged on by people for wanting to be a decent film, not just a piece of disposable trash you forget about 5 min after you leave the theater.

So I guess I'm the only one on Digg that liked Superman returns, right?

It doesn't get ragged on for trying to have a soul. It gets ragged on for not having a soul. Personally I thought it was decent, but we all know Supes deserved a better movie than this.

To be perfectly honest, not having watched a movie means your opinion on it doesn't hold much water.

I think Kevin Spacey as Lex was the only good thing about Superman Returns.

Superman is kind of boring because he is like invincible. How about regular people as superheroes? Hell, they should make an entire series of that! Then put it up for free on You Tube, MySpace and Torrent sites! Wait. That's what I'm doing ;) Check out the teaser for it over at http://www.andrehedetoft.com ;)Sorry for the advert, I just had to.

"You keep sending me emergency room bills and I will come over there and throw your f**king hospital into space! Do you want that? DO YOU?"...I'd just like to see a superman movie where he doesn't throw all of his problems into space. Apparently its his personal trash can.

damn, everybody hated the last movie. I just like Superman, so i liked the last movie, although Lex is getting to be old news. How has Superman not ripped him in half yet? I liked the guy who played Superman in the last one and i just hope they kill Lex in the next one so that we can move on to better villains. And how can people say that Batman is a better hero? He's a human that could be killed so easily! Superman is obviously cooler.
