Clerks, his first film, is one of the most popular low-budget films of all time. It was shot entirely in black and white, and still came out amazing. I hate people like you who say things like "I only know he's done Jay and Silent Bob..", that's because that's his character's and he makes them work extremely well in every one of his films. Chasing Amy was amazing, Dogma was unique and creative, and Mallrats was a masterpiece. Kevin Smith is a great writer, and he may not be the greatest director of all time, but every time he works on something, it ends up being amazing. Give the guy a f**king chance.Oh, and he's done Clerks. And Clerks II. That's deserving of such hype, you f**king douche.

His dialog/humor were great when i was in the 7th grade. But less face it, he kinda sucks once you grow up.

Heroes (as Ladon said) is more of a well done X-Men ripoff. 4400 is a great show, but you cant compare it to Heroes.

If you think Kevin's fans are excited about this, you should see them at a free buffet.RG

Surprised by how little love? You obviously aren't paying attention to the legions of fanboys on digg. You can't say anything remotely negative about the guy without getting flamed and dugg down.
