crooksandliars.com — Olbermann: "More over, Mr. Bush, you are accomplishing in part what Osama Bin Laden and others seek--a fearful American populace, easily manipulated, and willing to throw away any measure of restraint, any loyalty to our own ideals and freedoms, for the comforting illusion of safety."

Elected?!?! Who the hell "elected" him?? He stole the bloody election, him & his cronies!

Look I was raised the old-fashioned way, with a stern set of moral principles: Never lie, cheat, steal or knowingly spread a venereal disease. Never speed up to hit a pedestrian or, or course, stop to kick a pedestrian who has already been hit. From which it followed, of course, that one would never ever -- on pain of deletion from dozens of Christmas card lists across the country -- vote Republican.

No because Democrats could never be as dumb as Bush.

How nice of you to come down from your land of smart people and preach to we dumbasses. I do agree with you that it is wrong to question motives, however calling everyone who dissents with our holy leader "childish" is just as asinine. Perhaps if you opened your mind and realized that in all probability the majority of dissenters are not dumbasses, you could understand their point of view. I've done that from my side, and I can understand how safe it must feel to be spoon-fed any pertinent information from your government. Perhaps it's time for you to grow up.

"And Bill O'Rielly's rants are any better???Actually, GWB's administration actually has more in common with Hitler than OBL. Hitler used the same tactics to scare his country. Wait 'til the war in Iran starts. Can you say '3rd term' or 'martial law'?"Can you say uneducated? If you believe this, you wanna make a bet? Put your money where your mouth is. I bet you Bush will not be in office on Feb 1, 2009. Only imbeciles would utter such stupid speculations.

@bitcloudThe UN numbers on deaths in Iraq are more like 40,000. Furthermore, it's important to point out that overwhelmingly those people were killed by the Insurgents, be it former Saddam supporters or Al Qaeda in Iraq.

Thank you Keith Olberman, for your completly unbias reporting. Thank you for your fair and balanced new coverage. Thank you for your cleary unobjective news casting. You are a true reporter, you are the envy of your fellow news casters. You are #1./end sarcasm

I think every political story needs to have a Godwin's Law timer on it. Once it gets posted it just counts the seconds until someone uses the words Nazi or Hitler.Anywho, Olbermann isn't alone in speaking out about the administration. With the heavy Dem sentiment as we're moving into elections, the corporate media is starting unclasp from the GoP. The corperations don't care what party is in control, just so long as they have an 'in' with the party so they can get what they want.
