isn't raptor going to be the official kicker replacement? the ideas gone into that are very interestingalthough at least we have the choice between that and lancelot
First of all, that's a beta, second of all, the Icons look fine, but the new style seems to lack polish. And don't look at kicker, it's just there for now because it's more stable than the other project... Raptor...Style really does luck polish though... yeah... I had high hopes for the style until they changed it.
Kicker is the taskbar. Kickoff is the menu.Hope this clears things up. I am also looking forward to having a choice of whatever well designed menu I want. :)
I agree whole heartedly with .... "the only way to create the momentum and pressure needed to perfect KDE 4 is to brave the release process, and get a "dot-zero" release out there and installed on adventurous users' computers."It's like the London Congestion Charge. It ain't perfect, but it's a start in the right direction and you can only improve something once it's out in the wild. IMO. FWIW.

They are all original and they don't look half bad, in my opinion. Stop trolling.

KDE4 must be fast or it will suck no matter how pretty it is.
