It's a GIF like merreborn mentioned. All the Content-Type "image/jpeg" means is to open the corresponding application in Firefox's MIME settings that views "image/jpeg" files. In the case of most images, Firefox will view them itself. If you go to your MIME settings and set JPEG/JPG image files to open with IE, then Firefox will launch IE to view the image instead.
