Don't forget that the FEC was already supposed to be investigating McCain's foreign fundraising too. However, since it's run by a bunch of Bush cronies, nothing ever happened. The Justice Department is even worse. If they refuse to go after Karl Rove for ignoring subpoenas and laughing at our laws, then I doubt they'll do anything about McCain either.

The DoJ is going to be have the Republicans' stink on it for the next four decades, because of the political hiring practices. Republicans can rape and pillage all they want, they know they have immunity.
