I don't understand. Were you trying to say that this movie is just ripping off that entire list of movies or something? Sheesh, every movie rips off 20 movies.Might as well say 3:10 to Yuma rips off every cowboy film ever, or every film with guns ever, or something...

Juno= Directed by Jason Reitman= Director of Thank You For Smoking= AwesomeAs for being "Hollywood" or "supposed to be passed off as indie cinema" the director is Canadian, payed for his first films by starting a jewelry company with his girlfriend, then got Thank You For Smoking payed for by the creator of PayPal, not a Hollywood distributor. The guy's dad is Ivan Reitman (director of Ghostbusters, Animal House, Stripes and producer of countless other comedies) so he easily could have just hopped into the movie business on his dad's coattails, but instead he went his own way and, as this film proves (it's very, very good) succeeded. So say what you will, but that pretty well epitomizes indie.
