We will soon find out if the Bush administration is still above the law in its twilight days.

Sadly, it's a little like having your ship boarded by Bluebeard the Pirate and pointing your finger at him and saying "Bluebeard, you are nothing but a pirate!" Bluebeard would laugh heartily, as does the Bush Cabal when we call them criminals.

The difference is that the people on the ship way out number Blue beard - they are just too damn lazy to do anything about it... which makes you wonder if they deserve a ship in the first place doesn't it?
