crave.cnet.co.uk — Yesterday the 'Boy Spammer' David Lennon, who was 16 when he electronically snubbed his former bosses, has been told by a judge that as punishment for his crimes he can't leave his house between the hours of 12.30am and 7am on weekdays, and between 12.30am and 10am on weekends, for two months.

Throw in a computer ban during those times and it will be even better.Hes still likely to be gaming and in his room during those times if not at school.

@ThunderITThis happened in the UK, so US law doesn't exactly apply. I'm pretty surprised they didn't hit him with an ASBO restricting his computer/internet use, since it seems they can use those for just about everything.

OMG STFU MAN... /sarcasm@Huevoos... you're being a douche... I think you need to go to your room. Not everybody consults slashdot, thus this is news to us who dont. Now, you're not allowed to use your computer within the hours of 3:00 am and 8:00 am in New Zealand time. And I don't want arguments.

For real, wtf?"Please, judge, whatever you do, don't throw me in the briar patch! Anything but that!"It's like sentencing him to commit more crimes, but from the comfort of his own room.
