On Sept. 24 the DNC filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action, which sent Berg scrambling to file a response, which was filed on Sept. 29, providing the date and material which led to my confusion that the order had been signed.

I appreciate your efforts to follow the left wing playbook and tie everything in opposition to president Bush, but, 0bama has not produced an original or certified original birth certificate as demanded by the constitution. The googled items are copies of a 2007 re-issued certificate.

I am not even right wing and I have to question Obama's tactics here. Why can't he just give them his birth certificate if he truly was born in the USA? What is he hiding? This can't benefit him.BTW: I'm voting third party.
