Those presidential candidates are all the same. They'll say anything to get into your pants.

Another politician whose platform changes depending on what audience he's currently talking to. If he was on a reservation he'd make it sound like Native Americans rights are his #1 priority. If he's at a NAACP convention, he'd say that African Americans are his #1 priority. Guess what he's going to say to the teachers' union. No big surprises.

A couple of things -- First, don't most libraries have free computer and internet access? If not, they should. Just as communities provide(d) libraries for access to information, so too they could provide internet access -- probably for far less $$$ than purchasing books, papers and magazines. Second, while I applaude free speech on the internet, I'm also concerned about false, misleading or downright scamming on the internet. How do we protect ourselves from thugs and thieves on the WWW? Or can we while still maintaining net neutrality -- of which, I'm not sure I exactly understand the definition of the term.

Oh I do know what i'm talking about. Don't get me wrong--I hate it that the corporate world wants to make the internet their own little profiting machine, but "saying what is popular" just to get Presidential primary votes is the wrong reason to be preaching the good news.
