if i was the gm of the indiana pacers (who have the worst attendance record), I would draft this guy in the 2nd round as a publicity stunt just to attract more attention and ppl to the games.

Even though your team would select him in the draft, he would still be able to choose to accept a contract that your team would have to provide in order to sign him.
