I don't know how this would minimize the impact for the Hillary voters, but it was definitely done to avoid the news cycle.Already, Obama is showing a lack of confidence in his VP pick.
Nothing would make me happier! But speaking from experience, it would take more than that to make the average American voter think that the Republicans are intrinsically wrong. But let's hope for the best. At least Biden is going to kick some ass, that's for sure.
