An important thing to remember is that a "job" is any duration of employment. A day, an hour, a year, ...FTA: "USA TODAY was among those that found examples of errors in that data, such as a Texas housing authority mistakenly reporting 450 jobs created by a $26,000 roofing project that actually employed six people."So 6 jobs were created rather than 450. Those six jobs that were created were for $4333 (assuming there's no overhead, which is probably a terrible assumption). While it was nice that 6 people got to work for $4-1/3k, they're probably back on the streets and/or unemployment. These weren't sustainable jobs. This was a short-term fix to a long-term problem.
