Different bodies process food differently, and it may be that you're healthier eating meat and dairy products. However, most of the time that people are deficient (no matter veg or not) it's not because the veg diet makes it hard to get protein - it's just that people are addicted to processed food - which largely contains no nutrients. If you're going to eat a veg diet, you need to be truely omnivorious and eat legumes, leafy greens (raw), veggies, fruits, and grains (sprouted ideally). There are tons of foods that are high in protein, but you do have to be willing to eat less processed foods to be healthy.

So claiming that canines = omnivore is bollocks.And we don't need supplements at all. If there's anything that we MAY have to worry about, it's B12, but eating the right food solves that one, and there are many meateaters that have B12 deficiencies, it's just part of living in a "civilised" society.

sorry but some of you make me sick. mmm delicious for example. yes they were bound to die any way and yes they might of died in a much harsher way. but to actualy make fun of death is discusting. to be honest some one should suffocate you and see how you like it.
