If it was a big enough issue to do all this, it should be a big enough issue to fire the guy years ago. If it isn't big enough to fire the guy, don't whine about it and video tape it.
You know, I agree. His shop, his rules. And how hard is it to put certain items in one jar, and other items in another. Really, if that's your main job... hey, that's pretty cushy. Can I have that job? I'll make sure the pencils are in one jar, not mixed with pens. Sounds easy!
This was originally from the Mythbusters weblo and I sympathized with him then, and I sympathize with him now. This man does not have an easy job, by any means.
i'm a carpenter and in my trailer i have a little cup with pens, sharpies, new unsharpened pencils, a small exacto, a lumber crayon, and really expensive tube of eyewash (a mini tube)raiding and or adding to this cup is a fireable offense. if i go for a crayon/sharpie/eyewash and its not there, you better not be near me with said item. you will be severely punished.douchey yes, but if you go through this s**t every day you will understand this video
o my gosh can you guys be any more idiotic about this thing? Seriously. You're calling him a douchebag for getting upset over such a small thing when you yourselves are getting totally worked up and practically making hate groups over THIS which is not as big as some of the things you should be worrying about. Say the failing economy or global warming? NOOOO Jamie yelling at an employee is so worth getting worked up about. Give the man a break okay? He has his own problems. So get off your asses and argue over something worthwhile
Wow... this is no where near as bad as I thought it would be. So many people have told me about this and it was obviously an overexaggeration. Simply put, its his shop; if you work for him, do what he asks. It can't be THAT difficult.

I just can't believe how many comments this article has generated. That is what's funniest to me.
