Microsoft vs. United States ? MicrosoftMicrosoft vs. European Union, Novell and SUN Microsystems? EU...barely.Micrsoft vs. Jack Thompson? WIll not be pretty.
I wonder if Jack Thompson will face some sort of scandal where he is caught playing video games in a seedy hotel room. That seems to be the fate of most of the hardcore nutters.
I almost love this mans ignorance. Lets think about this for just a second. Jack Thompson wants to sue Microsoft for a retailer selling their product to somebody under 17 years of age. Now, that almost makes sense, until you think about it.Do you sue cigarette companies when a retailer sells cigarettes to an underage individual? NO. You sue / press charges against THE RETAILER.I worked at GameStop roughly 4 years ago and I must say, there is nothing more entertaining that refusing to sell a mature game to somebody under the age of 17. They piss and moan and cry.Oh well, ignorance is bliss.

How can you go after the big fish when you can't even get a worm? Seriously, has Thompson ever won a video game related case?
