nice. that's like putting "I know you're not really reading this 20-page term paper you jackass" in the middle of your term paper, and getting it back with an A on the cover. Just proves that almost nobody actually reads either! :)
The problem with license agreements is that they're too damn long, obviously. No one has the time or patience to read pages of detailed specified rules. What I think is that there should be rules regulating the form or length of a valid license agreement.
I agree with you. Hell, I have worked in technology for years, written users manuals, etc. and *I* barely ever read license agreements. The only time I did was when I HAD to for work. Just too long and tedious to bother, as you said. Limiting form or length is a good idea.
