Yes, Tienanmen Square was not attributed to atheism, but the imprisonment, torture and execution of religious, not to mention what they did to "traitors" or "rebels", was and is absolutely disgusting. Seriously, go research communistic Russia or China and discover how they killed for their atheistic ideology then go look up the genocide Rwanda, Bosnia, or Darfur and discover what happens when dicks get power. Point is, should every atheist be compared to them because they were willing to kill for their beliefs? People don't need a religion to kill, it's about power, territory and those unwilling to stop them.

So let me get this straight......You can take ONE good example from Muslim history and judge that is a peaceful religion based on that ONE piece of evidence but you can't take all of their horrendous acts and judge it to be a violent religion?Hmmmmm

3 of 3Regardless, Muslims have only one role, and that should be to continue to give good to this country and any other country they are in. They need to reach out and continue to give a helping hand and put their money where their mouth is. They do not need to prove that their religion is of peace. I can find a whole bunch of youtube videos of crazy white people killing people of color. Crazy Jews sipping on coke and popcorn while a neighborhood over the hill is getting bombarded. With crazy muslims talking about beating their wives and blowing themselves up. The bottom line is, nobody really likes to see somebody die. Some do, and they are in every religion and in every nation.--END--

So whats the standard now? Sharia is based on Gods word and then following the prophet. You can evolve the laws to fit the current time. But what would you base the new rules on? Islam believes that jesus was a prophet pbuh and the true teachings of christainaity were true and so were the teachings of judaism. We musn't say bad about otehr relogions. But these religions were all put together and improved upon in islam.
