Im not sure how easy it is to run on windows, but it appears to be easy enough on LInux.

Well after an initial trial run, it won't run right without ntpd and it won't run correctly from behind a NAT firewall. I spent about 20 minutes playing with it until I realized I had to connect directly to the DSL Modem so I decided to forget about it for now. It does look promising however.
