Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it.
If it was a royalty to Skyhook, then why did they make the rest of the features part of the $20 upgrade? Why did we have to pay for the lyrics, the wiggly icons, weather, stocks, etc..?
I hope 1.1.4 isn't required to use third party apps. I recall an article earlier that said 1.1.3 was third-party app ready, which makes me wonder if Apple will release a 1.1.4 on the relase of 3rd party apps just to make it harder for people with unlocked 1.1.3 phones to take advantage of the new features.
I was just about to attempt a jailbreak on my 1.1.3. Should I still go ahead with it? If I do and then 1.1.4 is released, will that screw up my phone in anyway? I really want to see the 3rd party apps out there, but at this point is it worth it? If I do this will it somehow screw up my phone, or can I always just restore the factory setting with itunes? Any input is greatly appreciated!

Another? There has never been a paid upgrade for the iPhone firmware.
