I've been drinking small amounts (4 ounces) of Kefir daily for the last 6 months. While everyone else in my office has missed anywhere from 2-4 days of sick leave, I haven't gotten so much as a sniffle. We work in a closed area, so I'm constantly exposed to the same colds and flu bugs they have, and I haven't been sick. I can't say the same thing for the previous year when I wasn't on Kefir, I had just as many sick days as them.

Yogurt with "Live & Active" cultures are very beneficial for your intestines. Especially if you consider the amount of junk food and fast food we shovel into us.
