I just like the feeling of a bowel movement after eating lots of wasabi. Great way to wake yourself up.

Don't be a damn idiot. Don't pick up any sushi at places like supermarkets, even whole foods or specialty markets. In Japan, sushi chefs go through rigorous training and many years of study to become even acceptable. In the states it seems any Asian can come along toting a knife and cut up some raw fish. Get your sushi at a reputable place and you won't have a problem.
