A few years ago I worked for a company that had an encounter with some of Microsoft's "Men in Black" (that's what we called them). It wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Prior to that I never would have believed these kinds of stories about Microsoft's "sales and Promotional" tactics, but after that experience I realized that there's nothing that company won't do to destroy their competition, including bullying small companies that choose to move away from MS products. They are thugs of the worst sort. arrogant, overbearing, pushy and untruthful. I don't like 'em much, myself and refused to even touch their products after that. With that said, even though the documents you've posted on your web site are interesting - especially for anyone that's had personal experience with Microsoft's underhanded nonsense - for those who aren't yet familiar with this side of MS behavior the info might need to be organized and explained a little better. It all seems a bit confusing as it's currently presented. (Would you like someone to help with proof reading and such?)

Yes, please. I tried removing the typos, but some remained in tact and tables are lots of work.
