dailygalaxy.com — Scientists are reporting evidence that contrary to our current beliefs about what is possible, intact double-stranded DNA has the ?amazing? ability to recognize similarities in other DNA strands from a distance. Somehow they are able to identify one another, and the tiny bits of genetic material tend to congregate with similar DNA.

Another load of pseudoscientific BS from dailygalaxy.

in order to have what we would deem "telepathy", the objects interacting need to have a common transport for the 'telepathic' information to travel on. it seems since the 2 objects are at distance, and yet still are communicating in ways we dont understand....I think that is ground enough for claims of telepathy.

Come back when you actually learn something about science. Proof is foreign to science. Furthermore, the headline question is a valid scientific question, as long as "telepathic" is precisely defined (and testable, of course).Being wrong is not unscientific. It can be really stupid, and in this case it is, but it may still be science.

Conspiracy nut, David Icke explains this. Some of this is may be hard to swallow but the parts you can handle will be an eye-opener.Part I<a class="user" href="http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-258176915603157993&amp;hl=en">http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-258176915 ...</a> 2 ½ hoursPart II<a class="user" href="http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3889267722613677476&amp;hl=en">http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-388926772 ...</a> 2 ½ hoursPart III<a class="user" href="http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8801627582496210409">http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8801627582 ...</a> 2 hours

Well, all life is connected, if that is telepathic tell me about it!!! The DNA knows all about you but doesn't tell just anybody they only talk to similar DNA kind of like us and foreigners or you know the Israeli's and Palestinians or Shia & Sunnis or Catholics vs Protestants but we and our DNA is going to have to learn to talk to each other anyway because all life is connected not just the life forms we like and like it or not if we can't get along we are all going to become extinct.Maybe if we can talk via our DNA to different species we could begin to understand each other and live together after all!!! We will have to give up on wanting to dominate and win and always have our own way though..

It contains memory - Karl Jung explored it... a study I've been unable to find on google proved it by breaking anelid worms down to component molecule level then feeding them to unrelated anelids, and the t maze behavior was retained by the new group. It's simple truth - learning, thought and the energies we create as living things - life itself, begins at the molecular level.

Karl Jung and an anelid worm project - memory transfer via dna.the worm project proved it - but I can't find the damn reference.they blended worms that had been t maze trained down to molecular levels, then fed them to new unrelated worms - and the t maze behavior reemerged.I've done it myself at IPFW in the 80s - fantastic - and it explains much re human behaviors

that is the correct definition of telepathy. and because the only thing we have heard about telepathy is on s**tty tv shows and movies that potray characters with "telepathic superpowers", we see people Hearing the Thoughts of others. We see a silent version of acoustical transmissions made by grunts and small mouth noises. This is not the kind of telepathy that is related to the human experience. If you know anything about Ayahuasca Shamanism, you know that one of the compounds discovered in the plant mixture was first named "telepathine", until eventually being renamed as "harmaline." In these altered states, Shamans are capable of telepathy. What is happening in this form of telepathy is not "hearing what people think" it is instead, Seeing what People Mean. This is the "affected at a distance" meaning. This meaning travels visually. Which is the direction i believe our language is eventually heading. Telepathy is in the pre-history of our species, and it is certainly in the near future for our species, once certain catastrophes and ordeals give us the evolutionary pressure we need to make an leap forward in the domain of communication. Sorry for the long winded response, but i just have a huge problem with using culturally sanctioned dictionaries of meaning to learn about something. The experiential perspective is far more accurate. And by experiential, I mean almost everyone is capable of experiencing this phenomenon.
