womensrights.change.org— Is Digg Sexist? That is the question I've been asking myself ever since I started blogging about Women's Rights. And honestly - from what I've seen so far, the answer is...

This is such a troll post that is designed to do nothing more than drive traffic to her site. No, Digg is not sexist. The people on Digg however are traditionally mostly young males. Do you really think young males are interested in Sexism? Definitely not! So you should be proud of your 155 diggs in a mostly male community, not crying about it.
i'm sorry, but i hope that it is sexist. i hope that its racist. i hope its everything else politically incorrect. i would guess that 90% of the "sexist" things said were entered solely as a joke, and i doubt that digg is used to proliferate hate as much as it is used to find comedy. if people are being swung to racism and sexism in real life by reading comments, then don't we have a bigger problem than digg?
Nope, it wasn't snide and it wouldn't matter either way. It's still discrimination. Guess when you're the owner you can say whatever you want.Again, it's not being treated "just like" a man, it's being treated _equally_. Everyone has limitations but writing a blank check that says that only men can do xyz and only women can do abc is sexism. If you are a man, you will never understand, in the same way that you will never truly understand racism until you are the minority and are being treated differently. You can't say it doesn't exist just because you haven't encountered it first hand.
as a female digger, i don't have a problem with guys making those comments on digg, there are more guys than girls on here after all... and i laugh at those comments just the same =]however, if they said those things to my face being serious, they would be asking for a kick in the balls

Feminism is one of the top factors degrading society today. Also the leading factor I think in the rising divorce rates and screwed up families.
