The results are surprising. They conclude that its performance is easily superior to Intel's flagship desktop processor, the Pentium Extreme Edition 965.

Intel and apple is pretty sweet, but I personally think AMD and apple would have been better. Either way I think it’s better than IBM.

This is a fantastic review of the processor even if you aren't a fan of the processor itself. Definately a digg.BTW, I have a notebook with this processor and it screams :)

Keep in mind that the apple hardware, while *definately* better looking, is far more expensive than something you can pick up from Dell or put together yourself with parts.I haven't jumped ship to Apple quite yet...
