You realize Tom Morello pretty much invented an entire genre of music right? Rap/Rock SUCKED and was basically non-existent prior to Rage. Secondly, I don't think a list that a few idiots at Rolling Stone made is "outrageous" nor should you let it get to you, it's just some tool's opinion. And third, you seem to care and know an awful lot about a band that you seem to not like. Lay off the TMZ crack pipe. Saying that Tom Morello is "good with effect boxes" shows utter ignorance and I highly doubt you even play the guitar. He uses a lot more than just boxes. Listen to the solo for "take the power back", Tom can play, he just doesn't flaunt it because that does not fit their style of music. What kind of person is bothered by what a guy does to his guitar? The point is, the title leads you to think that RATM is playing for the RNC, which would make it ironic. This is pretty far from what it implies.
