Why can’t we Americans get rid of those PNAC scumbags at the top of the food chain? And end their little war profiteering gig. As long as we (the world) keep allowing them to continue manipulating us, nothing will change.
"... everyday Iraqi that is gunned down at a Traffic Control Point by a tired American teenager ..."Perhaps they should have thought twice about wearing that designer bomb vest."We will never forget the sounds of Improvised Explosive Devices (I.E.D) directed not at the American soldier, but at American Policy."At both actually. Since the materials and componants of the IEDs mostly come from Iran, and are mostly planted by 'insurged' Syrians, Saudis etc, it's fair enough to say American policy is targeted by proxy. But they most certainly killed American soldiers in the process. How about we spend a little time remembering the Americans? And why they volunteered to be there in the first place? We will never forget the Women and Children gunned down at random after an I.E.D. explodes, because they were working the vegetable fields and were frightened and began to run.We will never forget that War is, in fact, Terrorism. And America is the largest State Sponsor of Terrorism.
Thanks for the links Bubba. They will come in handy for a painting some time I'm sure.I am happy to give Bush credit for keeping America safe. It may be the only thing he did right in my opinion. It can't be easy to do an already difficult job with most of the world hating you. It will be interesting to see how Obama holds up.I'm sorry to hear our soldiers regret to serve their country, but that is their right. I am happy for all of their service, regardless of their change of heart. They have a difficult job as well. As for the typical anti-war responses on this post, there is no surprise in that. I just hope these people realize they wouldn't have that freedom under a dictatorship like Hussein's. As bad as war is, oppression is much worse. I will die fighting before I will submit to someone else's idea of my place in the world. Keep it up Bubba.
