Maybe this is not something that would be good for a public park that the city would setup, but it sure is something that people could purchase and use on there own land if they would like to.
not going to last long in a storm, but could be a great novelty idea for a main street in a town to add some interest to the otherwise dull life of its residents

Look at the picture from the Blair Witch movie about halfway down the page. I wouldn't walk down that street.
