Gus is actually a old-time and well respected member of the mac indie software scene. He was one of the guest speakers (along with Wil Shipley and a host of other folks) at "Evening at Adler". He was also presented a session at C4 in October. If you knew anything about the Mac Indie dev crowd you will have at least heard of Evening at Adler and C4.

Freeware program Books has Bookmooch integration. You can do some fancy exporting with some other programs but they are not as smooth as the Books plugin.

@cobrabyte: "Bottom line is that the developers would not do it if it did not make good business sense."Yeah, because no one ever makes a bad business decision. /sarcasmPresumably, the developers knew what they were getting into, and decided it was something they wanted to be involved in (not necessarily for business reasons either--seriously, you'd be surprised). But that doesn't mean it's going to work out for the better for the devs, nor does it even mean it's a good gamble.
