Agreed - apparently the problem is actually in Outlook Express (which is why some people aren't seeing it)from: <a class="user" href="http://arstechnica.com/journals/microsoft.ars/2006/10/19/5684">http://arstechnica.com/journals/microsoft.ars/2006/10/19/5684</a>"These reports (on the vulnerability) are technically inaccurate: the issue concerned in these reports is not in Internet Explorer 7 (or any other version) at all. Rather, it is in a different Windows component, specifically a component in Outlook Express. While these reports use Internet Explorer as a vector the vulnerability itself is in Outlook Express."
I think there is some kind of connections between a Trojan horse called Guerilla.dll and IE7 because a few weeks ago when I installed IE7 (testing) this horse appeared, then i uninstalled IE7 and disappears but today I downloaded the program (IE7) and he come back o.OWeird O.oor Maybe is just coincidence ¿*_*?
