osx86project.org — OSx86 has finally caught up with its PowerPC cousin - the versions are essentially the same, with the same features, same abilities, etc. This marks the first time that Apple has released a copy of the OS for the Developer Transition Kits which is identical to the PPC version. By the way, 10.4.3 is out on a torrent. :-)

If you got SSE2, you're good to try it.

I love how Digg has turned into the premium place for people to pick up on new torrent releases. Good job!

axim: There has been a patch released for 10.4.1 that allows you to run the OS with SSE2 with no problems whatsoever. That includes Rosetta, iTunes, etc..

"I love how Digg has turned into the premium place for people to pick up on new torrent releases. Good job!"well, this is probably the coolest hack for macs...ever. it's not about stealing, for me. for me, it's about taking one thing that's supposed to be implemented one way and changing it. it kind of gives me an insider's sneak peak into what it is that apple's been doing lately.if you're against that, then go whine about jack the ripper (who's helped people steal passwords since the dawn of time). go whine about google print, and how they're infringing copyright laws (supposedly). go whine about hak.5 being all over digg (although, kevin rose doesn't seem to mind).you remind me of one of those guys who hates kevin mitnick. the kind of guy who's easily swayed by what other people think. the kinda guy who can be told to think one way or another. the kind of guy who likes to be told what it is one can and cannot do (with technology, specifically). although, hey, at least you're not a mac fan boy. ;)have a nice day.

whoops! i found another "bad" front page story. "Beta Gamecube Emulator "Dolphin" Released" OH MY GOD! ooOOOoo0oooh! no, no, no! we all know emulators are BAD! they cause people to steal roms of games they don't even have, and they take profits away from the console makers themselves. sony shut down production of an emulator for it's playstation, because it was "illegal!" ILLEGAL! beLIEve me!

Here's another Gamecube emulator. But it looks like it is no longer being developed.http://gcube.exemu.net/
