FTA "Real-time physics calculations could let consumers create on-the-fly games that make even the cutting-edge motion-control techniques in Nintendo's Wii game console seem like child's play."It's sentences like these that make me hate writers who have no clue about technology.
@CawpinI know what "chip" means and if you RTFA you would realize that they were able to get a teraflop out of the ENTIRE chip (read: 80 cores combined) and not from each individual core. If they were able to pull off a teraflop from each individual core wouldn't they have advertised it as an 80 teraflop chip? My original statement was correct so before you go correcting people check your info.
