dailyfinance.com — In-N-Out Burger, the iconic West Coast hamburger chain frequented by celebrities, is not slashing jobs or making major cutbacks during this recession. In fact, the regional chain, which has 232 locations in California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah, took in an estimated $420 million in revenues in 2008, and claims per-store sales of about $1.94 million.

I'm pretty sure you missed the part where I said I was there for 6 years. No, I didn't go to school for only the minimum 4 years. I needed an extra 2. But I finished. And you only need 30 hours a week for full time at In-N-Out. And I got benefits on top of the ones I was already getting from my school's health program. So is it so hard to believe that one can tell the truth? That a fast food company really takes that much care of the employee? Did you not RTFA?Even if all the other chains everyone here is talking about are just as good or better than In-N-Out in quality, they still can't beat the company's excellent treatment of their customers and employees.

That's actually the average for all the managers. However, the base for sure is at least 80k. If you get a high volume store such as Barstow, or Las Vegas, your store manager salary is something like 120k. The salary of a store manager depends on the success of your particular store. So yes and no, 100k is more than possible, just not at every store.

There is absolutely no comparison between White Castle and In-and-Out. Just stating fact.
