Google has been a good company, imo. But just like all things, eventually another will pop up and people will use that instead. It's the way of things.
Their pricing model is auction based, so advertisers pays as much as they want. But because their search results are more relevant, it is more likely that people who clicks on the ads be really interested to the product. So people are willing to pay more for their ads. It is very different from Monoploy of M$ that people have to pay ridiculous among of money to upgrade their Operating system.
