Impeachment is definitely warranted. Removing even one child from parental custody is a very serious matter that should require convincing evidence that there is immediate danger before a warrant can be issued. Anything other than that runs afoul of the fourth amendment.

What did you expect. They figure if we allow this type of action we'll eventually allow them to do anything. The government continually oversteps it's authority in all sorts of ways. Unless we, the people call them on it it will continue.

I frankly think sexually abusing a child, which means ANY form of sexual activity between an adult and a child should carry a mandatory death sentence. This pathetic excuse for a judge is an accomplice to such crimes for ordering the children returned to their mother's while there remains ANY question that ANY child in the group has been molested. To sum it up briefly, the man should swing from the gallows!!!
