He didn't actually PUT the tax returns there... the software he was using automatically put the files in the folder of the same name. He's not the only one to have done it, if you read the article at all.
BitTorrent is tough ever since SuprNova (God Bless its soul) passed. Ares and Limewire with a good eye for RIAA-planted crap files will get you what you want.
hmmm. ill check them out. ive found a few but nothing has come close to the ease of use/quality of files that supr had.oh yeah, and this guy is a moron. haha
