I think he's being dugg down because he "rang out of ingers?" In any case, I buried his comment because he's simply jealous of a business that he isn't fortunate enough to be a part of. If he were, do you really think he'd be bitching about it?
What I find funniest is that they say you have to keep your downloading client as well as all the music. What happens if you get a virus that crashes your comp and takes everything with it, huh? It is not your fault that you aren't well-versed with computers enough to use anti-virus ;)So, point is, why not just go download a virus and wipe your computer. They try to resurrect the drive, isn't it going to show you got a virus? While it might seem coincidental, it wouldn't be unheard of for a virus to claim someone's computer. Also, there are enough "permanent delete" programs out there to scrap away any and all evidence of something being on your computer that you could just delete all that. No need to delete BT though, as that does NOT imply you were necessarily using it to download that. I use it to download Linux distros, freely distributed software, and the occasional patch to a game. None of which is in any way illegal.
The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure are in play here because this lawsuit will happen in Federal District Court, irrespective of the state's own rules of procedure.
Vile (aka Post Modern Meta) gets his rocks off creating fanciful stories so that people will pay attention to him. It doesn't surprise me that he included a Digg link, as the typical forums audience wasn't big enough to quench his massive ego. Fake or not, this story is pretty stupid given its source.

What happened? First the poster was banned (the reason was "he was asking to be banned"), and now the thread is only visible to those that pay $10.

Create an alibi. You were banging the judge's teenage daughter at the time of these so called 'alleged downloads'. Oh, wait... better plan...
