media.nationalreview.com — I submitted a Telegraph article yesterday which fabricated a quote from Palin saying polar bears can adapt to less ice. Telegraph has since removed that quote from the article. But I should've checked that quote source myself before submitting it.

Thanks for posting this follow-up. This helps explain why the original article you posted doesn't contain the quote from the title text. Accuracy in submissions is paramount for the credibility of Digg as a whole. People can say whatever they want about articles and comments as long as the articles are factual, otherwise it's all meaningless.
