wnd.com — "If I charge you $500 to fix your toilet, what part of that is profit or capital gain? The answer: You cannot decipher. Therefore, you cannot tax something that is considered an equal exchange on labor. You fix my toilet, I give you $500. It is quite simple." ROCK ON

Every tax dollar going straight to Rothschild pockets, the swindlers of the World. If they paid off each and every congressman, say $2 million per year on average including all the prostitutes, offshore accounts etc, that is still only $1 billion per year in payoffs......while pocketing over $400 billion each year (and growing)

I urge everyone to google the comprehensive annual financial report. or simply watch the google movie, but that's over 3 hours long, for real concerned nerds like myself.

He has won nothing. I am an attorney. 42 years of practive. The fact that this judge prevented him from introducing evidence he was legally entitled to have introduced tells me that this judge is in the IRS's pocket and he will, acting as a "thirteenth juror", set aside the verdict and order a new trial. Face it folks, we live in a state of serfdom from which there is only one means of escape. Even if he does not act as above, the appellate courts will make sure he does not win.

A "consumption tax"? Wouldn't that be no more than a federal sales tax on anything we purchase? If it were that and nothing else I'd be for it, so long as an investment is never considered a purchase.

Ratified or not the 16th provided no new taxing powers and makes no one liable to pay any tax.

I'm glad I have awaken to the real truth about the actual world that we all live in. Everything that happens does so for a reason, and everything is connected to each other one way or another. The evil elite since ancient times have always sought to control the people, in whatever way imaginable, possible, and so on. Politics is simply theater at its best. We are all being fooled & manipulated on the issues that we care about. The Establishment created the age-old dichotomy of "left", "right","liberal" vs. "conservative" and so on. The Establishment wants abortion, illegal immigration, and to sum it all up: a divided and conquered people. JFK, RFK,MLK,Jr,Princess Diana, JFK Jr,and so on were killed by the globalists that seek to enslave under world tyranny. We got to fight the income tax, and it's important that we do so."All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident." —Arthur Schopenhauer (German philosopher, 1788-1860)

It's the same in the UK. You are taxed on Profit AFTER costs. Labour is a cost. Worse of all, large companies have meetings with Her Majesties Revenue and Customs and TELL THEM what they are going to pay. Mainly because it would take HMRC too long to look into all the books and work out the correct amount.

No, DIGG is rigged. Perhaps if Paris Hilton had won the case it would have made it to the top!

Even today we have some presidential candidates who apparently have not heard the news or have chosen not to listen. The lawyer in this case has filed a lawsuit against the IRS agents personally and that is how we change their attitude. When they are living at the YMCA and riding the bus to work they will not be so heavy handed and arrogant!

you know we should basically get on to new business. congratulations is in order to tommy crier for handing the IRS there ass. but theres a very courageous ex irs agent taking on the fed's at this very moment. her name is sherry peel jackson. there is a good chance that she will have to give up part of her life for telling the truth. we should all make it our mission to set her free. check her homepage. http://www.sherrypeeljackson.com/

The bum on the street is making %100 income off of other people. But I dont see the IRS throwing them in jail. So this Income Tax law is basically extortion on the working class because they know we are scared of breaking the law and we want to be good citizens. Its funny how they throw that in our faces. Oh yeh, the bum that makes his %100 income then spends a night in some place that OUR taxes pay for. So in essence, he has the better deal!! WTF?
reyshellApr 11, 2008
We just need to tell our local newspapers, congressmen, news, to ask them to show us "Where is the law that says I am liable for the income tax?"
reyshellApr 11, 2008
lol if anyone is making a T-shirt that says Income Tax is Illegal!! I'll prolly some for my whole neighborhood =) Bumper stickers too lol

I don't like the Federal Gov't as it is. They forgot that they are here to protect our liberty, property, and freedom. Not wage wars overseas and look like a bully to the whole world. They are getting to big for their britches, that Pres. Bush is totally bypassing congress and making decisions without their consent. Lets take this Federal Government and remind them that the true power belongs to the people and that WE ARE TIRED OF IT! We need to take back our country and throws the warmongers and tax extortionists in jail.

Indeed. He also gave us "Socialist Security", handed all of eastern Europe over to the Soviets, and introduced America to the welfare state. Great guy that FDR! Makes you wonder what kind of people write our history textbooks.

Oddly enough, I recall there was an attorney working for the IRS who was tasked with the job of conclusively proving once and for all that the 16th provided them with the power to tax income. What he discovered was there was no legal justification - as you say. He was either fired or quit, and I believe, wrote a book on the subject. I can't recall his name. Anybody remember this, or was it all a dream?

Now that 0bama is president-elect we need to make sure his wealth redistribution plan is never enacted. All of the People need to demand that this precedent be addressed before we send a dime to the federal reserve for the IRS. If we are liable, why isn't Tom Cryer? This precedent settled the matter and it is now time for us to assert our right to keep what we earn.

They're calling the VAT the Fair Tax (see Neil Boortz). Fair Tax proponents count on the abolishing of the Income Tax to make the system work, but. . .

Why not just take a work holiday and make no money from which the government can collect income taxes? I believe it could be a general strike--but some people can't get away with it--military personnel for instance. . .If Obama puts 600,000 more people on the government payroll, they will not be allowed to strike either.
