The Silverlight player NBC requires you to download to watch videos doesn't work for many users. Most Mac and all Linux users are completely shut out and it works VERY poorly on my four year old XP laptop.

It may be illegal (the TPB case is not concluded yet), but it is also a severe crime for ministers to interfere in specific cases. The IOC can report TPB to the police, and/or file a lawsuit in a Swedish court. But they cannot legally get any ministers to take action in this specific case. On the other hand, they can lobby the administration to alter the laws for the IOC to have it their way.
