What about the other 80% of the early ballots cast so far? Which counties were they cast from? The article mentions another 16% of early ballots from 3 other counties but doesn't make it clear which candidate 2 of those counties favor. The other 64% of early ballots cast to date is not mentioned at all. Without knowing where the other votes came from, you can't really judge that those numbers are a good sign for Obama. The article also seems to put a pro-Obama spin on these numbers, but if you read what the article says, it's not clear at all whether these numbers are significant are not.
