You've lost. "Ya" does indeed mean something, unless you think that language should never evolve. Additionally, punctuation belongs inside quotation marks, not outside. If you're going to criticize someone's English, at least make sure you don't have glaringly obvious mistakes yourself.
I could have been a wanker about it and just said the picture is crap. But I prefer to clarify my conclusions with my reasoning. You may disagree with my conclusion, and there is nothing wrong with liking a picture that is technically terrible, there are just standard rules for framing that tend to make pictures look better.
