what about the old guy.....evacuating a hurricane...... in a wheelchair...... wearing an air machine.... smoking a cigarette..... with a bag of chips on is lap... This guys hard-core his middle name MUST be danger.
if you want to see the worst devastation of ike, it is in oak island txthe pictures i have taken down there are unrealmy girlfriend lost all 3 houses down there, the only thing left is the slab on all 3, no walls, nothing lef butt a flat slab and no sign of anything around and it is the same for 95% of oak island, the ones they show on TV do not even begin to show the amount of destruction that this storm has caused many people
First off, the last major storm that did any real damage came in in 1983. This one was much worse. Over 50% of us are still without power in Houston (it's expected to be out for about 4 weeks) and we're 60 miles inland. I don't see how anyone could be so self-centered that they have to criticize entire devastated communities. Have you considered going to your grocery store, buying a few cases of water and taking them to red cross so we can get some supplies? FEMA's presence is minimal and we need help.
